Our client is a local foam manufacturing company located in Cookeville, TN. Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Pay: $15.00.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of all Company manufacturing equipment for optimum production output according to Company quality standards.

Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance activities Participation in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects Machine downtime reduction Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment Support production start-up Maintain a safe and clean work environment Establish and maintain standards and maintenance of equipment in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations. Qualifications 

• High School diploma/GED.
• 1 year experience of maintenance is a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with hydraulic & Mechanical presses Technical understanding of machines and components.
• Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards.
